Fun ways to enter your reception in style.
As the bride and groom walk into the reception area hand-in-hand, it only makes sense to make it a spectacle that no one will forget.
● Organise a flash mob.
Let your friends dance to a super nice song that’s special to you both. Get them to practice and play along at your reception. Flashmobs are fun, especially at weddings.
● Horse Carriages.
We all want to feel like royalty, even if it is for a day. So get your decorator to get a metal carriage and decorate it with flowers, maybe even rent out a few horses and live it up!
● Nagada Baja.
This one is by far the most traditional and the most effortless, so have a blast with it. The sound of the Indian nagadas and dhols is just the perfect way to enter. (Too much swag).
● Get some sparklers.
“If your entrance is outside and after dark, super long wedding sparklers can make a really spectacular picture as you dance your way through them to the real dance floor. (Don’t forget to say Shaava Shaava).
● Dhoom Entry.
Get a bunch of your groomsmen together and ride into your wedding venue on motorcycles. Keep it sleek and stylish.
● Go the Doli way.
An Indian bride entering her wedding ceremony on a doli, sounds awsome doesn’t it? Well, then let’s try it out. Nothing can be better than entering in style and also staying traditional.
● The Chadar with Lights.
From the movie Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani ,where kalki koechlins reel wedding was a saga!! The red chaddar with lights stole the show. Completely. You can copy it. Anytime. (Don’t forget the BGM)
